Selma Blitz 1
3-14-09 in Selma, I was the team leader. i talked to Ed about the location details and made sure we had all the materials. At Selma i trained the group in how to do street evangelism and then put everyone in groups to go into the streets. Afterward i lead the debriefing.
1. i had good expectations but hoped get would be excepted in the commmunity so people were excited afterward and would want to do it again.
2. I was more nervious to train everyone then i was to actuly go out on the streets.
3. I learned that it is all about just going along what God is already doing and how contagious excitment is.
4. next time i will pear people up differntly.
5.none.
6. a personal strength was teaching and speeking
7. continue to teach others about evangelism and guide my passion.
8. a weakness was discouragment about not motivating Tim to do it.
9. know that its not my fault.
10. 24 people got saved!

Team Leader: Everyone together
i am apart of the selma team and we went out and evangelized in selma.
1. i figured that there would be some more people that showed.
2. i felt very overwhelmed on the way down because of some things we didnt have.
3. i learned that i put more on myself then other people do.
4.i would stay less stressed and make sure everything is ready to go fri before we go.
5. maybe some more guidelines as far as knowing what to do.
6. i take initiative and get the job done.
7. continue to always being willing to get stuff done
8. i stress myself out.
9. focus more on the big picture instead of the moments.
Kitchen Duty. I was the team leader. And i did sweep and mop:]
1. I didnt have many expectations, just that i knew it was family style so i was hopeful.

3. I learned that even when you dont feel well or that you can accomplish much, the lord will still use you

6. I've found that i can be used as a leader even when i dont feel capable

Selma Blitz, 3-14, in Selma, I dont think there was a team leader but i am not sure about that. I was the music guy :)
1. A lot of people with a little bit of crazyness
2. Anxious and ready to do it but not ready for it to end
3. Even when you are hurt sometimes you need to be an example and do it anyways
4. be more energetic and excited about everything
5. More practice
6. I can get it done when it needs to be
7. by even when i dont feel like doing something do it anyway even if its not something that has to be done
8. I let my lack of energy dictate how i act and behave a lot
9. stay up later than i do and force myself to be in a good mood
